On this tour we will get to know the main tourist spots in Florianópolis, where we will pass through the modern and luxurious neighborhood of Jurere Internacional, to one of the largest ecological green reserves on the island in Rio Vermelho State Park, Praia Mozambique .

 

We will have history and culture in Santa Antonio de Lisboa & Hercilio Luz Bridge , we will get beautiful views of the Lagoa da Conceição viewpoint and excellent gastronomy in Praia Barra da Lagoa.

 

Optionally at our stop in Barra da Lagoa you can visit the Projeto Tamar sea turtle protection and care center, created in 1980 by the Instituto Brasileiro de Desenvolvimento Florestal (IBDF).

Mirante Lagoa da Conceicao Located at the highest point in the area, it gives us a spectacular view of “Lagoa da Conceição”. Viewpoint with restaurant for breakfast, shops with souvenirs and typical objects.

 

 

 

Tamar Project: Environmental Institute dedicated to the protection and care of sea turtles, in 2005 a base was installed on the island, in Barra da Lagoa Beach, 25 km from the center of Florianópolis. It has 5 pool tanks with observation of 4 of the 5 species of sea turtles that inhabit Brazil, a video and exhibition room, a children's area and a shop for selling TAMAR products.
